Woman charged with leaving scene of fatal accident

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS — A girl who investigators say stopped and made a number of telephone calls after hitting and killing a pedestrian, and who was once described by way of police as being “cooperative,” now faces a prison price.

The drawback, in keeping with prosecutors, is the girl made a number of telephone calls after pulling over — none of them to 911 — after which drove house.

Angela Cairo Petrogeorge, 46, of Salt Lake City, was once charged Friday in third District Court with leaving the scene of an accident involving dying, a third-degree prison.

About 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 1, Cottonwood Heights police say Nathan Daniel Brown, 36, was once deliberately working out and in of visitors on busy Ft. Union Boulevard, and at one level was once even mendacity down within the street.
