 “For us, it meant all those moments and the activities that take place as you get ready for the holiday season,” says Roya Sullivan, Macy’s National Director of Window Presentation of this yr’s theme.

“The windows are mood boards; depicting New York City and Macy’s as miniature pieces and the sense of energy that is surrounding the holidays.”

The branch store has six vacation home windows on Broadway and 18 different home windows,  together with the perennial “Yes Virginia, There is a Santa Claus,” which has had a spot of honor for the remaining 10 years.

One window includes a Christmas tree as the center-piece at house Another captures the busy town with an ice skating rink. A 3rd has Santa as a theater conductor right through a vacation display.
