LoopX Startup Pulls ICO Exit Scam and Disappears with $four.five Million

Catalin Cimpanu, writing for BleepingComputer: A cryptocurrency startup named LoopX has pulled an exit scam after collecting around $4.5 million from users all the way through an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) held within the fresh weeks. The LoopX group disappeared all of the sudden in the beginning of the week when it took down its website online and deleted its Facebook, Telegram, and YouTube channels with none rationalization. People who invested within the startup at the moment are monitoring price range transfer from account to account in a BitcoinTalk discussion board thread, and banding in combination within the hopes of submitting a category motion lawsuit.
