Justice Department Appeals Time Warner-AT&T Merger Approval

In some of the biggest U.S. antitrust circumstances in many years, U.S. District Judge Richard Leon dominated final month that the merger could go on despite the government’s resistance. The feds didn’t search a keep that will have averted the merger from going down, and AT&T and Time Warner closed the deal directly after Leon’s ruling.
