India consolidate top spot, Afghans rise to 10th in ICC rankings

Dubai, Feb 14 (PTI) The Indian cricket workforce cemented its place on the top, whilst a resolute Afghanistan rose to 10th in the newest ICC One-Day rankings issued as of late.
