holding Mohun Bagan Club elections through September 15 after two warring teams of the club opted for a court-initiated agreement.

Justice Sekhar Bobby Saraf directed that two participants from each and every workforce would help the retired judges of the prime court docket in holding the election.

Retired justices Susanta Chatterjee, Dilip Seth and Asim Kumar Roy will cling the election and had been asked through Justice Saraf to finish the method ideally through September 15.
