Aksel Lund Svindal led a Norwegian 1-2 end forward of Kjetil Jansrud on Friday in Kitzbuehel, Austria within the final World Cup super-G prior to the Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
Svindal ruled the race, which was once not on time and moved to another direction upper up the hill as a result of in a single day snow and rain affected the unique direction.
The 2010 Olympic super-G champion posted a time of 1 minute 30.72 seconds to overcome Jansrud through zero.50 seconds. Austrian teammates Matthias Mayer and Hannes Reichelt have been 3rd and fourth, zero.56 and zero.57 in the back of, respectively.

It was once Svindal’s first race within the Austrian lodge since badly injuring his knee in a downhill crash two years in the past.
Thousands of spectators adopted the race on huge video monitors since the end was once out of sight.
Dustin Cook was once the highest Canadian in 21st, 1.97 seconds in the back of the winner.
